Nokia 5.4 has launched as the newest addition to the Nokia 5 series. This smartphone comes with four rear cameras and a similar design as the Nokia 3.4 and 2.4 smartphones.

The Nokia 5.4 is built around an expansive 6.39-inch HD+ (1080×2460 pixels) display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The Nokia 5.4 launched with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset which is hooked to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage (expandable via microSD to 256GB).

In the camera department, the Nokia 5.4 launched with four rear cameras with a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. Up front, an 16MP selfie camera takes care of video call responsibilities and selfies.

The Nokia 5.4 launched with the Android 10 (upgradeable to Android 11) on the software front, and has a 4,000mAh battery pack that supports fast charging at 10W.

The Nokia 5.4 starts from €189 for the 4GB+64GB model, with the prices of the 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB variants still unknown. It will be available in two different colour options, Dusk and Polar Night color options.

Vivo has added a new smartphone to its line of devices, as the Vivo Y30 Standard Edition launched in China a couple of hours ago. This smartphone joins the Vivo Y30 which launched in May and features dual rear cameras with the MediaTek Helio P35 under the hood and a big battery to complete the cast.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo Y30 Standard Edition runs on Android 10 with FunTouch OS 10.5 on top and brings with it a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This device is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) which is hooked to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

In the camera department, this smartphone’s dual rear cameras consist of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. When it comes to selfies, an 8MP sensor housed in a notch takes care of selfies and video calls.

The Vivo Y30 Standard Edition launched with two color options, Aurora and Cloud Water Blue. It costs CNY 1,398 ($214) and is available for purchase via Vivo’s China online store. However, the company is yet to reveal any details concerning the time period this smartphone will get to other markets outside of China
