The OnePlus 15 made its Chinese debut last month and got its global release just last week, and there is already a software update for this flagship phone. The first software update for the international model has started rolling out. Don’t worry, buyers will have the new update on their devices already when they get the smartphone.

The software update is based on Android 16 and is named OxygenOS 16.0.1.303. The OTA update is rolling out to India with firmware version CPH2745_16.0.1.303(EX01) and to the EU with firmware version CPH2747_16.0.1.303(EX01).

The November 2025 security patch level is part of the update. The changelog includes faster app launches from the Home screen. You can customise widget names, resize the clock in Flux themes, and stack widgets by dragging them. You can automatically straighten portrait and architectural images in Photos when cropping and rotating them. You can set videos as ringtones.

The virus scanning speed is improved, as well as the Ring fingerprint animation. There’s a new interface for the AI LinkBoost Network Engine. You can receive real-time notifications for network acceleration in poor network conditions, test your network speed and check network status details.

Users don’t have to install the over-the-air update manually as their devices will automatically get it. OnePlus rolled out a software update to its latest flagship, the OnePlus 15 , less than 24 hours after its launch. That’s a surefire way to keep consumers interested in the device.

Rumours of the iPhone 18 series have been circulating. The latest is that the iPhone 18 Pro line will feature a transparent design which is the trademark of the Nothing Phone series.

The trusted leaker, Digital Chat Station shared on Weibo that the iPhone 18 Pro line will come with a transparent design . Few weeks back, DCS also shared something similar, that the iPhone 18 Pro series would feature a slightly transparent back cover glass.
It isn’t clear how this transparent design would look like. Would it reveal any internal circuitry or just dummy parts? If the rear cover is made transparent, Apple will be taking a leaf from Android manufacturers, particularly Nothing, HTC, and Xiaomi, that are popular for their translucent design. The recently launched Nothing Phone 3 series — 3, 3a, 3a Pro, 3a Lite — also comes with the signature see-through design.
Other than the transparent design, the leak also reveals that Apple is testing a punch-hole cutout design instead of the current Dynamic Island notch. The company is also working on a variable aperture main camera, just like those in Samsung, HUAWEI, and Xiaomi flagships. The Pro Max model, however, might use a steel-cased battery design.
An Apple iPhone with a transparent design is something to look forward to since this is the company’s first. In time, the company will reveal more details about this transparent design of the iPhone 18 Pro line.
