Samsung unveiled a massive 130-inch Micro RGB TV (R95H), with a stunning design during its pre-CES 2026 press ceremony. It uses an LCD-based Micro RGB technology that the company released some months ago. The massive Samsung TV is as big as the company’s The Wall TV that launched some years back.

This is the first of its kind from the company, featuring a 130-inch TV that is based on RGB LED-based backlighting technology. It also features an LCD-based VA panel with Quantum Dot improvements, with a full-array backlighting that comprises thousands of RGB-based micrometre-sized LEDs. The TV can be used in bright rooms as its panel has the Glare Free technology that helps to minimise glare and reflections from nearby light sources.

Samsung’s Micro RGB AI Engine Pro chip processes the colour and it supports HDR10, HDR10+ Advanced, HLG, VRR, and ALLM. It also supports a 100% coverage of the BT.2020 wide colour gamut with Micro RGB Precision Colour 100. Micro RGB Colour Booster Pro analyses content on the screen and optimises the colours and contrast. Micro RGB HDR Pro can convert SDR content into HDR for higher fidelity.

The coming massive TV supports both Dolby Atmos and Eclipsa Audio and it also has Q-Symphony to integrate wirelessly with Samsung’s audio devices and soundbars. It has the latest edition of the Tizen operating system, with the One UI interface.

The new Samsung TV comes with some AI-powered features through the Vision AI Companion suite. The Bixby digital assistant is now powered by large language models (LLMs) and features conversational search. The TV comes with Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity apps and offers content recommendations. It also controls smart home devices.

With the AI Football Mode Pro , you can optimise colours and contrast for sports matches, minimise or mute background noise or the commentary. Wallpapers can be generated using Generative AI. The language of the audio can be translated live using the Live Translate feature. More updates by Samsung will unfold as the CES 2026 is still on in Las Vegas, USA.

Every month, Google releases Android Canary builds, allowing users to try new features and changes before they’re launched. The last Android Canary build was released in December 2025 and Google has already launched its first build of 2026.

The January 2026 Android Canary build, codenamed Android Canary 2601 , has the version number ZP11.251212.007. This new Android Canary build could bring Quick Share/AirDrop integration to the Pixel 9 series. It was last two months, in November, that Google first let Pixel 10 phones send files to iPhones via Quick Share.

There are still other changes in this Android Canary build. The brightness icon in the brightness slider is now more rounded. Also, the system settings menu has distinct categories unlike a list of settings like before. Furthermore, the Circle to Search toggle is accessible from this system settings menu. You don’t have to go through the process of tapping Settings, heading over to System and clicking Navigation mode.

Regarding availability, the January 2026 Canary build is currently available on the Pixel 6a and newer, the Pixel 6 series and higher, the Pixel Fold and newer, the Pixel Tablet, and GSI. If you have a previous Canary build, you’ll receive a notification to update over-the-air. Otherwise, you’ll have to use the Android Flash Tool to get access on your Pixel device.

Android Canary builds are meant for your secondary devices and not your primary smartphone. Since these builds are early previews, they usually contain bugs and unfinished features. Remember to back up your data before giving it a try.
