Samsung Galaxy M31s has been launched as the latest addition to the tech company’s M series. This smartphone is an upgrade on the Samsung Galaxy M31 launched in February and features a massive 6,000mAh battery as well as four rear cameras, delivering an enhanced camera experience.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Samsung Galaxy M31s runs Android 10 with One UI on top. It is built around a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display that is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. This device also features a hole-punch display design that houses a 32MP selfie camera which supports 4K video recording and features like AR Doodle, AR Emoji, and slow-mo videos.

Under the hood, the Exynos 9611 SoC keeps this device ticking and features 6GB or 8GB of RAM. It also houses 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card. In the rear panel, four cameras handle photography needs, as the primary 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor is assisted by a 12MP secondary sensor, a 5MP depth shooter and a 5MP macro shooter.

This smartphone is available in two storage variants, a 6GB+128GB model that sells for $260 and an 8GB+128GB model that costs $287. This device is powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports charging at 25W, it has the Mirage Black and Mirage Blue colour options and is expected to go on sale from the 6 th of August in India.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are reportedly getting the August 2020 Android security update. This update is seeing a staged roll-out, as only a number of users in Germany have access to the update at the time of this report.

This new software update has the version numbers N975FXXS6CTGA/N975FOXM6CTGA. The changelog does not make any mention of new features or bug fixes coming with this update, meaning that users should only expect the updated security patch.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ - 2

Users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ devices will receive a notification concerning the update. It is expected to weigh around 169MB and you can check it out manually by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install . As earlier stated, this update is not yet available to users in other regions, but it is expected to get to these regions in the coming weeks.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series was launched last year and is expected to be replaced by the Galaxy Note 20 series which is expected to launch on the 5 th of August at the Galaxy 2020 Unpacked Event.
