Add MobilityArena as a preferred source on Google
A software update has been released to the Galaxy S24 series in Korea last week and it offers the December 2025 security patch. The company is offering it to the Galaxy S24 lineup after it first rolled out to the Galaxy S25 series.
South Korea, Samsung’s home country, now has the update and it is 452.87MB in size and features a firmware version S928NKSS4CYL1 (via Tarun Vats ). It also patches 57 security issues.

It’s expected that the company will release the December 2025 security patch to the Galaxy S24 series phones in other regions in a few days. If that becomes the case, it could overlap with the One UI 8.5 beta program for the three devices.
We’re still waiting for Samsung to make the update available internationally, but you can follow these steps to get it: head over to Settings, navigate to Software update and click Download and install.

Samsung warms up to reveal the Galaxy A07 5G , after launching the Galaxy A07 4G in August. The upcoming 5G variant has already shown on Geekbench, revealing some of its main features.
It’s revealed on Geekbench with the model number SM-A076B, which is said to belong to the Galaxy A07 5G. It is seen to be running Android 16 and has 4GB of RAM.
Still on the listing, the phone features an octa-core processor with six cores at 2.00 GHz and two cores at 2.40 GHz. The specs match with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which also powered the older Galaxy A06 5G .
It was revealed that the supposed Galaxy A07 5G managed to score 729 points in the single-core test, and 1,878 points in the multi-core test. Rumours also have it that the device will launch later this month or early January and with modest upgrades over its predecessor.
