T-Mobile Cell Phone Service reviews on Best Company
Best Company was the first site that I visited. After scrolling through the site, I finally found reviews on T-Mobile’s cell phone service. The site had a 3.4 overall star rating on all the reviews, which is not bad. There were a lot of good reviews on this site. A lot of the praises were directed to their customer service and their phone plans. Here’s what a customer had to say about T-Mobile:
We’ve had T-Mobile for about 20 years. Their coverage has improved sooooo much since we started. We have a great “senior” 2-line plan that is hard to beat cost-wise. Every time I have called, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the caring and professionalism of the service rep. I highly recommend them.
They billed and charged me twice with two different amounts for final bill and would not correct it. in-addition, the advertisement about the 5G Wireless internet is a hype, it didn’t work as expected, and they sold me a booster they don’t have support for and gave me the run around when trying to work with them to fix the issue. Will never come back to them and will always give bad reviews any chance I get throughout social media and my inner circle contacts as long as they are not willing to fix the issue, I am speaking from experience and have been with them for 14 years, and yet they would not refund any amount or be willing to solve the issue. T-Mobile Cell Phone Service reviews on Trustpilot
The next site I visited was Trustpilot and let me just say this, 84% of the reviews were bad reviews. I had to scroll for a while before I found a good review. The few good reviews i came across wrote about their good in-store customer service. Here’s one:
I purchased a new Cat 22 flip phone a few days ago. I had an issue with the talk to type feature, and the screen would not switch between portrait and landscape. My large hands and the small screen made texting impossible without these features. Colby , one of the reps at the T Mobile store on Maugens Ave. in Hagerstown fixed both issues in minutes after the rep in Waynesboro, Pa. T Mobile and the online chat people for T mobile didn’t have a clue what to do. The young man deserves a raise in pay.
The worst 1 bar service and rudest service manager imaginable. They make you a 1/2 price offer on a new phone, (big mistake) and then charge you over full price. They change the “good” deal and you don’t have anyway to prove the deal you had accepted! (Source)
T-Mobile Cell Phone Service reviews on Consumer Affairs
The site Consume Affairs had an overall review star rating of 3 out of 5 stars. A lot of customers seemed to love their customer service and phone plans. A lot of them also stated that they had given T-Mobile bad reviews in the past, but T-Mobile had improved. Here’s a review:
Several years back, I gave T-Mobile a bad review. I must admit they have come a very long way since then. It was very frustrating back then, for my internet never worked when I needed it to most!!! While travelling or even travelling around Houston. One would have expected NOT to have that problem. So it is all fair I re-evaluate them. I am so proud of T-Mobile and stuck it out and glad I did!!! All consumers need to be careful with all phone companies…. I learned from trying to switch!!!! T mobile is the lesser evil by far!!!! Just make sure with phone and cable companies you DO NOT trust their employee’s words. Read All the print!!! It is your credit, they don’t mind screwing up if they (Verizon) lie, and you trust them…. And nobody holds them accountable for their lies.
And for the not so good reviews, there were complaints about being given false information by employees, not so good phone service and reception, complaints about customer care and false promotions. Here’s one:
T-Mobile are trained thugs. It’s unfortunate I was conned into their service through ** promotions that were changed once locked into service and then asked for proof after they had originally verified me during sign up. They also confirmed a iPhone I bought through IMEI number check and said they would be able to sign up service on my phone once I signed up the service. Once I signed up and called to set up my iPhone, they said Ohh no we can’t set this phone up, it has a bad barcode! Then they conned me into purchasing a new iPhone and said we will credit you $400 dollars once you receive your new phone. This was another T-Mobile lie, they again after receiving the phone said we cannot honour our word, there is no way for us to apply a $400 dollar credit. (source)

Intermedia phone service site reviews on Trustpilot
The first site I visited was Trustpilot and the site was filled with so many good reviews. The site has an overall review star rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars which is promising. A lot of customers, if not all, praised their excellent customer service, reliable tech support and good phone plans. A lot of customers seemed genuinely happy with Intermedia. Here’s one:
We have used Intermedia as our Exchange host and for file sharing for the last several years and their systems have been extremely consistent. no down time, log in issues, etc. When we have needed customer support, it has been easy to reach by phone and issues are resolved while on the call.
I only spotted very few bad reviews about the company on this site. There were some complaints about employees lying to customers, issues with the website and issues with cancelling an account. There was a reviews in which a customer complained about the customer service and misleading promises. Here’s the review:
Insane billing. Crap billing customer support. they hang-up my phone after 60 minutes. spoke with “AJ” and “Gabriel”. Now this in going to FTC and BBB.
- they will start charging you the day you open an account regardless when the phone system arrive. usually time-frame is 2-3 weeks. so basically it cost you more than $100 while you are awaiting phones. 2) they promised me for shipping credit not done and charged me $81 so total $181. on top they charge you two months in advance. For 3 lines a tension headache of 1000’s of dollars so save your ER visit and go traditional with any company. They will Intensionally hang-up on you. but trustpilot is real. (source)

The next site I found reviews on was the site, GetApp. The site had an overall review star rating of 4.8 stars out of 5 stars. I loved how the reviews on this site were set up. The Hardware Phone and Softclient have an outstanding availability and quality of service, no matter whether the user works in the office, at home or on Hotel or Airport Wifi.
Kevin Dominik K.
Ease of use and the many features it offers our organization. The best technical support that is always geared to our success.
Steve C.
The Rep was amazing to work with. His patience with me and calm guidance made this transition.
Ruth L.
Cons:
Got my phone number that the other company was refusing to transport.
David G.
As of this writing, I have no reason to switch to any other phone service.
ROD Y.
I truly have used this service since I started my firm. The worst thing I can think of was the early phones did not connect well to the base.
