Add MobilityArena as a preferred source on Google
The Vivo X50 series was launched this week with three phones in the series- the Vivo X50, X50 Pro and the X50 Pro+. The X50 and X50 Pro were made available for pre-order immediately in China, with initial reports claiming that the earliest time we may see the X50 Pro+ is July.
Well, we may not need to wait any longer of the X50 Pro+ as this device has already appeared on Chinese online retailer JD.com. It will be available for pre-order starting the 16 th of June. Prices for the 8GB+128GB model starts from $700 with the 12GB+256GB version costing as much as $840. The device is available in Gravity Blue or Camel Leather.

The X50 Pro+ has a 50MP camera featuring Samsung’s brand new ISOCELL GN1 1/1.3” sensor. There is also a periscope shooter on the rear panel with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and another 8MP macro camera. Vivo is expected to list the phone on its website anytime soon.
It will be interesting to see how this device fares on the market, especially with the world still battling the effects of the coronavirus.

Social media company Facebook has seen some of its apps receive Dark modes, with the Messenger app receiving this in March of 2019 and WhatsApp making their Dark mode official a couple of months ago. Facebook Lite has also seen a Dark mode in recent times, with new reports reaching us suggesting that we may see a Dark mode for Facebook on Android.
This Dark mode will be able to operate in sync with your device’s settings, as it can work on its own or together with your device’s Dark mode setting. This Dark mode setting mostly features several hues of dark gray with light gray for icons and a little black.

A total overhaul of the “Time on Facebook” feature is also in the works, this feature can keep a track of the time spent on this social media channel, potentially helping you manage your time better. News of a coronavirus tracker appearing in the next app update have also surfaced, making this update seem all the more interesting.
With Facebook receiving a number of updates this period from Messenger rooms permitting video calls for up to 50 participants to a feature that lets you conceal old posts , it will be interesting to see what the Dark mode will look like when it gets released to the public.
