Vonage Business Phone System Reviews
Vonage Business Phone reviews from GetVoip
The first site I visited was the GetVoip site. Overall reviews on the site had a 3.4 out of 5 and most of them were not so good reviews. I saw a lot of complaints about their customer service, apparently they only use live chats to speak to their customers, which a few customers didn’t like. Although there were a lot of complaints, there were also a few good reviews praising the company. Here’s one:
Vonage is an awesome service that allows me to work from home for my office, and their support team is great when you need their help. I would recommend Vonage as a VOIP provider. I have been using them for over 2 years, and they have always been there for our company. Thanks Vonage for your service. (Source)
A lot of the complaints were about Vonage billing them outrageously, getting information wrong, and not specifying information to their customers.
Vonage Business Phone reviews from GetApp
The next site I visited was the GetApp site. There were a lot of good reviews on this site and very few bad reviews. The good reviews wrote about how the Vonage is easy to understand and work with, it has cost-effective plans and varied features. I loved how the reviews on this site were set up. Every review on the site, whether good or bad, had pros and cons. So even if someone gave a bad review, the person could still share what they enjoyed about the company and their service. Here’s an example:
The complaints on the site were majorly about customer service, poor phone call quality and software issues. Here’s one:
This company is just so horrible to deal with. Will ruin your day if you have to interact with Vonage Business Support, again only by CHAT from untrained techs. Poor call quality, Terrible Customer Service and cancellation policy deception. Their software can have conflicts and compatibility issues depending on the browser. Their software TokBox appears to work only with Chrome. ( source )
Vonage Business Phone reviews from g2.com
g2.com was the next site I visited and there were also a lot of good reviews. This site also had their reviews set up similarly to the GetApp site, where reviews consisted of what you like and dislike about the company. The company’s customer service was praised by a lot of customers. Here’s an example:
Their support has been tremendous. I’ve called in multiple times and have always got fantastic service from whoever answers the phone. The last time I called in I was driving down the road the day after Thanksgiving trying to get my Holiday schedule to work and couldn’t. They quickly resolved the issue without me having to stop and log in.
Here’s an example of what a customer on g2.com disliked about Vonage:
The quality of the phone calls are not always the best. Sometimes the caller cannot hear me while I can hear them. Sometimes there is a lag in answering on a cell phone. I have the best quality when connected to a good Wi-Fi signal. (source)
